Audit-Readiness Evidence Workbook

1. Set your scope, institution, use cases, and frameworks (same inputs as the Framework Generator).
2. Choose your maturity target — Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced — which sets the bar for what “done” looks like.
3. Click Build evidence workbook.
4. For each control you get the evidence to collect — the artifact, who owns it, and where it should live.
5. Track your progress — click each evidence item to cycle its status: Not started → In progress → Collected → Reviewed. It saves in your browser, so your progress is there when you return.
6. Watch the readiness % ring climb as you go, and use the examiner narrative draft to explain the program.
7. Export the workbook (CSV/Markdown) or a one-page Governance Program Overview.

Nothing is sent anywhere — your status tracking lives only in this browser. Export regularly if you want a saved copy.
